CommunityCue V1 has no accounts, analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Your rota stays with you

Shift templates, dates, overtime entries, personal notes and preferences are stored in your browser’s IndexedDB on this device. They are not sent to a CommunityCue server. There is no cloud sync.

Do not enter patient names, identifiers or other patient information. CommunityCue does not offer patient records or collect clinical data.

Backups and device storage

Exported backups contain your rota, overtime and notes as readable JSON. Keep them safely. Browser data can be removed by you, your device or storage management. Export regularly, especially before changing phones or clearing browser data.

External websites

Resource searches run on this device. Opening a resource visits an external provider with its own privacy policy, cookies and access requirements. Your search text and rota are not included in those links.

The static hosting provider receives normal web requests and may keep operational access logs, such as IP addresses. CommunityCue adds no tracking. You can remove your local data using your browser’s site-data controls.

Contacting us

The Contact page opens your email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email. Your email address and message are then received in our IONOS-hosted mailbox so we can respond to your enquiry. Your saved rota is not attached automatically. Please do not send patient information.
